Delicious! The waitress was very attentive and her recommendations for cocktails were great. I couldn't decide between The Mad Hatter and The Georgian Mule. I am a huge fan of a Moscow Mule and the Georgian Mule was just as delicious with a peach slice garnish. The Mad Hatter was really strong, but maybe it was the combination of the two for me. My husband had the Seafood Pasta (scallops and shrimp)and thought it was delicious. I had the Salmon with steamed spinach and currants with risotto. It was really well seasoned and the texture of both the risotto and the Salmon were both just like I enjoy. We had planned on getting dessert, but were too full after eating our delicious dinner entrees. We went for a romantic dinner and both wore business casual and felt comfortable with our choice.

Celebrated an anniversary at 456 Fish. Wednesday is date night. For $50: 2 glasses of wine, shared appetizer, 2 full dinners, and one shared dessert - we had delicious cream bullee. Just enough. When you consider most entrees were priced at $19 or more, the date night price is excellent. My butterfly shrimp was cooked perfectly. Salmon was good also. ๐ All round. Wait staff attentive. Atmosphere mediocre.
Aside: men dressed in blue jeans and t-shirts. Very few women in dresses. Don't bother to dress up unless it's for your own benefit. Casual attire seems fine. FYI jeans with holes not allowed.

My wife and I visited on Friday together for the first time and the place was a revelation for me. First, probably the best she-crab soup I have ever had. And the best--meaning strongest--old fashioned mixed drink I've had. Wait staff was friendly and professional, and the General Manager Cameron personally greeted us and asked how our night was going. Plus the decor was great, I am a history buff and they some of the best pictures of old-time Norfolk, some dating back to the late 1800s. and 2 great pics of our brave men parading down the street in uniform as they went to fight in WW1 and WW2.

We hosted our wedding reception dinner at 456 Fish and it was such a great experience! Management was very responsive and reliable in communicating with me to ensure everything was flawless. The food was some of the best Iโve had in Norfolk dining. The waitstaff was very attentive as well. I canโt recommend this restaurant enough! We are looking forward to dining here again soon!
