I had such high hopes. I called to make a reservation for my nieces graduation and the manager graciously agreed to the reservation for 9 people. Things went down hill from there. We arrived and waited 20 minutes. We watched as no one cleared a table and eventually some slowly wiped down the table. We were seated and a woman came by and dropped the silverware in the middle of the table. We tried to order and were told they were out of most of the menu. We would have left but by the time we were seated it was 10:18pm on a Thursday night. We ordered and waited and waited. After taking our order the server did not return except to drop off our plates and to get the check and the tip which we still gave despite terrible service. Three times we tried to flag down our server but never received a refill. By this point my niece was defeated she wanted a nice family dinner and we got poor service, even poorer attitudes, and a bad time. We were supposed to get a dessert as a part of the orders. No dessert for the dine in or the take out. I asked and they said the kitchen was closed. They didn’t reduce the price of the meal despite my not getting the included dessert. Most restaurants even if close to closing maintain a level of professionalism. But not here. I will not be returning and I will continue to feel the sting of such a horrible $300.00 meal UPDATE: I spoke with the manager and she look into our service. After apologizing she offered to make it up to us. I haven't gone yet but when I do I will add to this review. Until then the most I can give is 3 stars.
BJ's was really good. We had a 10 person party and the still sat us down quickly on a Saturday. Our waiter was great! He had quite a few tables to wait on and you could tell he was kinda overwhelmed but he was still so kind, patient and helpful. The food was kinda good. The appetizers were great though(the loaded nachos are HUGE). I would definitely be back to try something else, cause what my family ordered was good. I just didn't like what I ordered.
We arrived at the start of happy hour, at 3pm. We were the only customers for half an hour. Appetizers were half off, my hard cider was less and all burgers were $10 on Wednesday. I had the prime rib sandwich, it was delicious. My son loved his burger and the root bear glazed ribs. Our server was fabulous! Highly recommended
The fourth star is because of our waitress Anastasia (sp?). She was super sweet, seemed pretty knowledgeable of the menu and didn't lie about her favorites or what was what. I appreciate honesty. She checked on us pretty frequently, and kept an upbeat attitude even tho I'm sure she was ready to be out of there. The white peach margarita was a recommendation of hers and it was really good. Tasted like summer. The glass was a bit dirty (didn't realize until most of the drink was gone) but at that point, the alcohol has you covered. The spinach and artichoke dip which is an appetizer that I always order; Especially if I see good reviews on it. Wasn't great. It was okay. Nothing to brag about. Maybe 9 PM on a Friday isn't the best time for them. The manager on duty seemed pretty legit. I saw him being proactive and really being part of his team. Some seemed a little burnt out so kudos to him for trying to keep everyone positive. One employee couldn't wait to clock out and we heard her dismay every time she walked by. Oh. Side note: when ordering a salad, ask for the dressing on the side. If not, they do it for you. I prefer to dress my own but. Any who. I got the feeling that if we went earlier, things may have been a little different. I'd be willing to try again.
Left another restaurant where we were treated POORLY! Walked in... greeted with the FRIENDLIEST hostesses. Sat immediately. Ordered quickly. Awesome food & drink. Don’t miss out!!!
