Great Food, Great Service....My family and I went out to eat at 7pm like ‘tourist’ and we knew finding a spot would be tough!! Walked up and down the strip for an hour and on our way back to the hotel found the light on and the sign read ‘Open until rice runs out’! We went in, yes it was packed but the server and manager greeted us and even came out and-after asking if we would mind, set us up outside with a table under the stars, WE felt like VIP...I LOVE THIS SPOT!! The food come out fast, we got great service and I want to say thank you again!! We will be back!!
Been there many times and usually it’s a good sushi place. That’s the only place where I’ve tried a Sushi Burrito and loved it! Usually coming back just for that. This last time wasn’t the case. As was explained by our server they got a new kitchen person and he didn’t figure out the rice yet, but it was terrible! Sushi looked sloppy and rice was one big blob of sticky. Couldn’t eat that. Will come back in a while in hope of having a better experience and changing it to five stars because I still believe in this place to be good.
If you want amazing FRESH sushi. This place is it. Never once have we had a bad experience here. There sushi is to DIE FOR. Looking at the menu it can seem a bit pricy for it is so entirely worth it for the quality of the sushi. The fish is fresh. The rice is just perfect. My go to roll is the fireman because it has an amazing heat to it.
Terrible experience. We decided to do an early dinner and saw there was only one other couple inside so we knew it wasn't busy. The waitress did not seem to care we were there and did everything she could to avoid us. We asked if we could include a side order of noodles and got the response "I don't know." After our initial order she never came back until the end to hand back the card that we gave to the other waiter, who brought our food, our drinks and the utensils she didn't bring. The food arrived 5 minutes before we received our utensils. No fault to the waiter that helped us since we weren't his customers to begin with and didn't know. During that time, the waitress was eating her food and on her phone. It was so bad I had to hand my card to him to close out the tab knowing we wouldn't get service again. Right before we left we noticed she seemed very knowledgeable to another family that was getting ready to order. The service was so bad that we almost left before taking a bite of food. The food overall wasn't bad but the service ruined everything for us. Wouldn't recommend dining if same wait staff is working.
Ate here with my family over spring break. Fortunately for my family, I'm the only one out of us that ate sushi. I got hives on my hands and feet an hour after eating here. I didn't even finish eating my sashimi. Did not taste fresh and had been in the freezer way too long. I eat tons of sushi and also make my own sushi with fresh sashimi. This is the first time in my life that I haven't finished my sushi. The hives are slowly fading away, but it's been a week at this point. I know times are hard now, but for your customers' health, please do not serve unsafe food.
