My recent experience in Tilly’s was awful. No one greeted me when I walked in and no one acknowledged me the entire time I was shopping on the floor. There was only one person on the register, despite a long line forming. On the floor, there were clumps of employees talking and laughing, while ignoring customers. I asked someone for help a few times and was blown off. By the time I made it to get rung out, the person on the register didn’t know what to do and said it was his first day. He pulled the manager up to help and she was annoyed and rude the entire time she was there. No one during the entire experience was kind to me. Everyone treated me like a nuisance and were visibly agitated I was there in the first place. The customer service was the worst I have ever had from a retail store in my life. I will not be spending money here in the future and hope that no one else puts their money into a place where employees like this exist.

There is a manager in there she has glasses and curly hair. Well I took my cousin in there because she was visiting and I always loved Tillys. My cousin asked if she could get a shirt down in a small. This lady looked at us and ignored us then came over after 5 min and said we don't have any. Well another guy who worked there came over and found one and my cousin said he found one. She told my cousin I dont think a small will fit you're kind of big.she doesnt need to be a manager
amazing clothes always come through and super stylish
I ordered a hoodie online and I got it and didn't like it. Went to the store to return it and they didn't give me my money back just a gift card. The hoodie still had tags,receipt and was never worn.
